Plot
Aazaan Khan (Sachiin J Joshi) is a young army officer who works for RAW (Research and Analysis Wing), India's external intelligence agency. He is sent on a mission to Germany to infiltrate a group of terrorists led by Omar (Alyy Khan), who are planning to unleash a deadly strain of the Ebola virus on the world. Aazaan's brother Amaan (Ravi Kissen) is also a member of the terrorist group, but he is unaware of Aazaan's true identity. Aazaan meets Afreen (Candice Boucher), a Moroccan girl who works as a sand artist, and falls in love with her. He also learns that Afreen is the carrier of the virus, and that Omar intends to use her as a weapon. Aazaan must stop Omar and save Afreen before it is too late.

Production
The film was produced by JMJ Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. and Alchemia Films. The film was shot in various locations across India, Morocco, Poland, Germany, Thailand and China. The film's budget was estimated to be around 40 crore ($5.4 million). The film's music was composed by Salim-Sulaiman and the lyrics were written by Amitabh Bhattacharya. The film's cinematography was done by Axel Fischer and the editing was done by Amitabh Shukla and Humphrey Dixon.

Shubhra Gupta of The Indian Express gave the film 1.5 out of 5 stars and remarked, "Aazaan is a mish-mash of so many things that you lose count". Raja Sen of Rediff gave the film 0.5 out of 5 stars and described it as "a laughable mess". Mayank Shekhar of Hindustan Times gave the film 1 out of 5 stars and opined, "Aazaan is a waste of time, money and resources".
Box office
The film had a poor opening at the box office, collecting around 1.5 crore ($0.2 million) on its first day. The film's collections dropped further over the weekend, earning around 4 crore ($0.54 million) in its first weekend. The film's total domestic gross was around 6 crore ($0.81 million), making it a flop. The film's overseas gross was also dismal, earning around 1 crore ($0.14 million).
